3. Information Products
Digital products such as guides, checklists, and templates are delivered electronically upon payment confirmation.
4. Goods
Physical materials such as printed guides or documentation kits are shipped after payment and order processing.
5. Fees and Payments
All fees are due in full before we commence any service, deliver any information product, or dispatch any goods. Accepted methods include bank transfer and credit card.
6. Refund Policy
We value your satisfaction. Our refund terms vary by category:
- Services: You may request a refund for unused portions of a prepaid service if you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. We will process the reimbursement to the original payment source within 14 days. You may also request to reschedule a session up to 72 hours before the appointment without extra charge. For bespoke services or cases where we have incurred non-recoverable third-party costs, cancellations are non-refundable due to the commitment of resources.
- Information Products: You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase provided you have not downloaded or accessed the material. Once the content has been substantially accessed or downloaded, no refund will be granted.
- Goods: You may return unopened or unused goods within 30 days of receipt. Returned items must be in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. We will issue reimbursement within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the return.
7. Rescheduling
Requests to reschedule services must be made at least 72 hours in advance. We will confirm the new date based on availability.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Swiss law, our total liability for any claim arising from these terms will not exceed the total fees paid for the relevant service or product.
